ProtoPubs were and still are hand-dipped since 1946 by a local lady named Mary only offering Takeout. Making great food in the same location since 1946 in Otis Oregon since the first food was made just after World War Two. Fast forward December 30, 2015, new owners start adding delivery service and other great comfort foods like Philly Cheesesteaks and Pizza and the best cheeseburgers on the coast. And then made most of the employed partners and now we are an employee-owned business giving employed a pathway to ownership and creating and empowering our partner with the power to make decisions to satisfy our customers. Shortly after adding new foods and delivery to our 74 years takeout foods. We continued to run and grow his business and refine his pizza and another recipe to perfection.
